Why should I rent furniture?

There are many scenarios when you may wish to rent furniture.  For full details, please see your Why Rent Furniture? page.

What types of furniture am I able to hire?

We have a large selection of furniture items available:  Sofas, Chairs, Coffee Tables, Lamp Tables, TV Units, Dining Tables & Chairs, Beds with Mattresses, Chests, Bedsides, Desks, Office Chairs, Linens, and Household Appliances.

Can I choose exactly the furniture I want?

You certainly can.  As well as the furniture packs, all our furniture is available as individual items so you can choose for your specific requirement.  If there is something you would like but don’t see on our website, please contact us to discuss your exact requirements and we will try our best to find something suitable.

How much does furniture rental cost?

This is very dependent on how much furniture you wish to rent and the length of the rental term.  The quickest way to find out is to look at our furniture rental packs, to give you an overview of how much furniture for a property based on a number of bedrooms would be.  The rental term can be adjusted at the top of the page too.

What is the minimum rental period?

Our website has been set up to show from 1 month, however, we like to accommodate wishes wherever possible, so if you’d like to rent furniture for 1 day or 1 hour, get in contact to see what we can do for you.

Can I see the furniture in a showroom?

We don’t have a showroom, but you are more than welcome to visit us for a face to face meeting and a tour of our warehouse, where you will be able to see some of the furniture available to rent.  We would us that you contact us first, as visits are by appointment only.

How do I use the Wishlist?

The Wishlist is a great feature for keeping track of the furniture you would like to hire.  To start, select a rental term from the drop-down box at the top of the page.  Then simply find all the items you would like to hire and click on the heart with a plus symbol to add it to your list.  To view your list and make any changes, there is a heart icon at the very top of the page.  Once you are happy with your Wishlist, you can send this over to us with your contact details.

Do you charge for delivery?

Unfortunately, we do have to charge for delivery.  Rising transport costs mean that we can’t simply absorb this.  Once you’ve chosen your furniture rental items and discussed with us, we’ll be able to update your quote with the delivery cost.  This will be influenced by factors such as distance and number of items being delivered.

After my furniture has been delivered, will it be installed?

Absolutely, we will carry everything into your property and place it in the room(s) of your choice.  All the packaging will be removed and taken away, and the furniture set up ready for you to use.  There is no additional charge for this service, it is covered under the delivery fee.

Do I have to be present at the delivery or collection?

You’re not required to be at the property when we deliver or collect the furniture, as we are happy to collect keys from a separate location to allow us access.

Do you price match?

We feel that our prices are already very competitive, but if you’ve received a quote from another furniture rental company offering the same quality of products and service as us but for a cheaper price, we will match their quote.

Do you offer any finance?

We don’t offer any finance on furniture rental, as payments are made monthly anyway.

How do I pay?

Payments are to be made monthly in advance, by standing order, credit card, or BACS.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit is required to secure your furniture rental items, the amount of which will be shown on the quotation we send to you.

What if I need to extend the hire period?

This is no problem at all, we understand that your needs change or you really love the furniture.  Monthly extension can be arranged at the existing rate, or for a longer term a discount may apply.

How do I terminate the agreement?

Is the furniture insured?

After we have set up all the furniture in your property, you will be responsible for it, the same as any other possessions in your care.  We would highly recommend having suitable insurance in place to cover for any potential damage or loss of the furniture.

What do I do if I have a complaint?

We pride ourselves on our excellent service, but if you feel that you have received anything less than this, please Contact Us to discuss this with you.
