While discussing your requirements with us, let us know when and where you’d like your furniture to be delivered, and we’ll be there. If you’re unable to attend at the same time then that’s fine, we’re happy to collect keys from a separate location.
We’ll do all the hard work, so you don’t have to. This includes unloading all the furniture, moving it into the designated rooms, unpacking everything, and setting it all up ready to be used.
Your furniture will be well packaged and protected to ensure that it arrives in the best condition, but we don’t want this to clutter up your property, so we’ll remove all the packing materials and take those away with us.
Our fully trained and dedicated install team will ensure that everything is spot on before leaving your property.
If you’ve asked us to collect keys prior to the delivery, we’ll also return these to where we collected them from. All that’s left for you to do is marvel in the beautiful living space we’ve just created.
A delivery charge is required for this service, which is in addition to the monthly rental prices quoted to you or listed on our website. Please contact us for a delivery quote.
As the rental term nears the end, unless you wish to continue renting the furniture (we wouldn’t blame you), we will contact you to agree a suitable time for us to collect everything. Similar to when we delivered, we can collect keys from a designated location if you’re unable to be at the property in person.
We’ll provide all the packaging materials and wrap everything securely before removing it all from your property, then hand back the keys before departing.
