When Bradbeers first started renting furniture to clients in the 1980s, home staging was about 1–2% of our business, these days it's about 35–40%. The main reason is simply that "It Works".
We have provided furniture for many properties in the UK, starting from £170k - £750k as well as one and two bedroom apartments in Chelsea for over £1.5 million and also recently part furnished a very large house in Gerrards Cross which sold for just under £10 million pounds.
We find that most clients prefer not instruct an interior designer but use their own skills and our furniture/furnishings, saving themselves large designer fees. Our specially trained uniformed crews will set everything up on the day for you, putting together beds, TVs, Dining tables and removing all packaging. They will even place the linen on the beds, if requested before the day of delivery, some clients do not even attend the property, but get us to collect and return the keys to the local estate agents.
We do also have several interior designers who we have worked with on projects that we could recommend to you if you prefer not to take on this challenge.
